This is great introductory report into what it takes to start up an online business.What I liked about it was the complete lack of ‘hype’ and its honesty.
Like in any business there are no ‘magic bullets’, it takes hard work and determination. But these guys are there to help and offer great support.

Welly it has taken me 8 months to stop buying,studying
and trying to do everything at once.
I FINALLY figured out that I needed to learn the boring basics,implement them,train myself to have the discipline to do them everyday.
I AGREE COMPLETELY start with what you love, add real value,
HELP PEOPLE….rinse and repeat.
The core basics as slow an unexciting as they are really work.I am not scared of google anymore and I do buy software to help me automate things but knowing the basics and COMBINING that with software is what works.To all the newbies out there….do not
buy too many things at once you will scare and confuse yourself.Learn the basics get your sites,blogs etc up get comfertable with your daily tasks,time yourself,take breaks,be consistant gain confidence and then branch out.
Do not skip the boring parts because you will NEVER be able to use software or use the latst greatest anything if you do not have a plan and understand WHY you are doing what you are doing.

You covered what I need to know with clarity and precision. There is one thing I need help with, I can’t afford an autoresponder at this time. Is there a way to use wordpress to collect email addresses and build a list? I have been working on building a blog on google..free. http://cararta.blogspot.com/ I know I need to change it and get a good squeeze page to collect people, so will get a domain & hosting & install WordPress. Think I can use a lot of the material on my blog..goggle keeps it covered with ads, but I haven’t had anyone subscribe.

Thank you for the honesty and reality of making money online. There is really so much hype! Thank you for not overwhelming us with extra words that would only disappoint us in the end when newbies can’t accomplish what the experts can. Focusing only on one project at a time has also been something that I’m learning with time. The dreams have been big, but the steps do have to start small, thanks for that reminder. Good to know that I’m not the only one that gets lead astray!

Just got your book and I was most impressed by several things:
The most important thing was there was no hype and fluff. I realize you could have increased the pages at least double for they weren’t needed.
As a retired teacher, I feel this is number 1 in ranking a report or e-book.
Becoming involved in a friendly forum is also excellent advice for the beginner.

@Lucas: Paypal is just a medium of receiving and transferring out money, nothing to do with whether you can be successful or not. Sure you can earn lots of money from ads only, though with some affiliate marketing you can boost your income.

@Lucas: I don’t actually rewrite my whole Indonesian blog and change it to English. Apart from some posts, most of the others are unique by itself. Currently, all my blog posts are done by me only. That may change in the future, but we’ll see.

@Jeff: I’m really not an SEO expert, and there have been a lot of debates over this. However, to my understanding Yahoo and MSN also do not give credit to outgoing links with the “no follow” tag.

Thank you for a very well written report. Excellent information. Regarding the first method, isn’t it true that the “no follow” only applies to Google, and the replies left on blogs that do have the no follow tag will still benefit search engine ranking for Yahoo and MSN?
