Online Business Scams – How NOT To Be A Victim

Online Business Scams Alert – There are a lot of places online where you can learn about building an online business. The question is: where and from whom do you want to learn from? Which one is legitimate and actually delivers on its promises?

Why do I ask this question?

It’s simple really. There are a lot of online business scams that only want to trick your hard-earned money by promising you BIG, INSTANT money by doing little to nothing at all.

So which places do you want to learn your online business skills from? Let’s call these places “online business schools”.

Below are a few guidelines you can follow so that you don’t fall prey to these online business scams.

1. Alexa Rank

Alexa rank is how many visitors your site is getting in relative to other sites. This rank is not 100% accurate, but it gives you a general idea of how much traffic a site gets.

The lower the Alexa rank the more visitors a site gets.

For example, at the time of this writing, Google has an Alexa rank of 1; Facebook has an Alexa rank of 2; and Yahoo has an Alexa rank of 3.

This means Google receives more traffic than Facebook; and Facebook receives more traffic than Yahoo.

Using Alexa rank, you can more or less guess the POPULARITY of the site. If the Alexa rank is below 300,000, then it’s a good indication that the online business school is receiving some traffic.

If the site is receiving little or no traffic, then you don’t want to learn from this source.

2. Check Out The Blog

Visit the blog of the online business school. See the content posted there.

Are they of high quality? Do they deliver value? Did you learn anything from their blog content?

Also check out other people’s comments on the blog. What do they say? Do these comments generally say good or bad things, or are there mixed feelings?

Does the blog look professional? Or are they clumsily made?

3. Google Them

In this day and age, who can live without Google? If you want INSTANT information on a certain topic, simply Google it, as they say.

Do a search for the site in question in Google. If you can’t find it by the online business school name, use the name of the expert instead.

For example, suppose there is an online business school by the name of “Online Business Geeks” operated and taught by an Internet business expert “John Doe Cool”.

If you can’t find “Online Business Geeks” in Google, try searching for “John Doe Cool”.

If little to no results show up, you’re better off learning online business skills somewhere else.

Lookout For These 3 Things When Searching For An Online Business School

Firstly, when starting out, you should find an online business school that is affordable (within your budget) YET delivers A LOT of value. You haven’t made any money from this business yet, so you want to keep your costs as low as you possibly can.

Secondly, strive to find an online business school that teaches you in a STEP-BY-STEP fashion. The reason for this is you most likely do NOT know how to do MOST of the online business tasks and work. The best way to overcome this problem, therefore, is to join an online business school that shows and teaches you how to do things step-by-step.

Thirdly, make sure you can ask questions. You’re bound to run into problems and hurdles when you’re learning the ropes of this business. When this happens, you can ask your questions and learn from the answers and feedback received.

The Get Profits Fast GOLD Coaching is one such online business school that does the above three points and more. It is affordable (only $1 to join); it teaches you STEP-BY-STEP how to build a profitable online business so that you can Replace Your Job FAST; and, of course, you’re welcome to ask any online business questions you may have.

By looking out for the above 3 points, there is a high chance that you won’t fall prey to the online business scams that are getting worse by the day.

For a long time a used to think like this: don’t learn to lose weight from a fat lady, don’t go to a dentist with bad teeth. I applied the same with the web pages I visited. The higher they were, the best I thought them to be. But now the truth is somewhere in the middle, because of all the black SEO they afford to make and the first result in google is not necessary the best. This is why I like your 3 step guide, because you can apply more filters in your choice. But imagine that if a school is not near the first 30 results, although it claims to have some years of experience, they do not use black or white SEO or whatever…
